Goggle map opens randomly

Question

After few days of updating my Note 8 with Oreo, Google map opens randomly and on its own. It wasn't the case before few days. I have not installed any new apps after the Oreo update which would cause this.

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Google map >> Force stop >> Storage >> clear data.
