can anybody help. I have applied auto recording on for all calls but only few calls are getting recorded.

did you use wifi calling sometimes?
if yes then in wifi calling, calls won't record

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work..turn it off and try

i had turned off wifi calling. I have two sim card. only call record from sim card 1 are getting recorded while sim 2 which i frequently use for calling does not record any call. it gives me option for video calling and while calling the option on right side of scree show hold call

hey, after looking properly I found the sim 1 is properly switched to VoLTE calls but sim 2 is switched to VoWiFi(voice over wifi/wifi calling) you need to switch your default calling to Sim 2 and then disable wifi calling from quick panel
and you're done with it

this is quick panel/notification panel
from here you can enable/disable the wifi calling option.
