While typing in Samsung M20, the apps like whatsapp, message, chrome crashes.

do i have to individually clear cache of all the apps... !!!

whats the problem is associated with... app or keyboard ?

@MDAD Yes,do it individually ;like if you want to clear data and cache of Chrome then- Settings>Apps>Chrome>Storage>Clear Data and Cache>and then check the issue.

Or you can Reboot your phone/Factory reset if the issue isn't resolved.

Hi there,

Kindly follow below steps in order to resolve the issue:

1. Perform ‘Reset app preference’ (Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app).

2. Check the internal storage of the device and clean it (Setting> Device Care>Storage> clean now).

3. Force stop the particular app (Setting> Apps> particular app>Force stop).

4. Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

i was typing and suddenly the app crashed phone got hang and after few minutes later it said this...
