bro ...problem is that ,, that most of people simply downloaded that big os software by using mobile data or wifi which is not a proper procedure or recommended to install any big software update...it's allaways need to be flashed by smart switch or by Odin or through authorised Samsung service center which is actual and recommended procedure to install any big os...try that if possible.i allaways maintain that hence not a single problem...thatswhy Samsung introduced smart switch that people can get highest bug free ,software hole free performance of device but people do same mistake repeatedly by simply download it and facing different different types of issues in their devices.ask any good software engineer or Samsung developers they will recommend my procedure only ...

interchupipi, I'm not saying that your suggestion of using smart switch is wrong. I agree that mobile data may not be the best way to download an OS especially in areas of weak mobile signal but Android 10 software itself seems to have some bugs and so whether you update via OTA or smart switch or at a service center, the problems persist.

And the delay due to lockdown seems to have only added to the pressure and made Samsung release the update without time for proper testing. I feel Samsung could've done proper testing for at least the last 15 days and rolled out the update by June 15th instead of releasing it by end of May.

yes it's normal bro ..because if a new os update comes then it will take some time to understand and overcome issues related with software and how it's showing acceptance with devices ...thatswhy regular security patch update will come to solve those firmware holes present in Previous software...security patch update given to devices according to 2 basics things .1st one total bug report sended to developer to overcome that in next security patch and security of the system for those bugs needs to be improved

I only hope Samsung releases the bug fix immediately but with so many models getting the Android 10 update, I don't see the bug fix coming anytime soon.
