Can I set the missed call alert is a preferred alert notification in AOD and notification bar ?

I set last 3 notification alert due to that I missed missed call alert in notification while receiving lot of notification.

See there are few ways to avoid lots of notifications while getting useful ones.

1st instead of choosing last 3 notifications you can select the apps from which you want notifications and turn off notifications for the rest.

And if you are missing important missed call notifications, you can go to Advance settings in Notifications and turn on reminders for Phone app.
