Front camera of my a50 in low light condition showing vertical linings. Is this software or hardware issue? Pls tell

1. Reset camera settings: Click Camera > Go to Camera Settings > Reset Settings.
2. Clear camera app data: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Select Storage > Clear Data and click OK.

If the issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung Members Application in order to assist you better. (Samsung Members App> Get help> Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
