Dear Samsung Support Team,

After updating my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra to One UI 9, I noticed a significant issue with the text size and spacing in all my home screen widgets.

The text has become unusually small, with excessive spacing between text elements, making the widgets look awkward and difficult to read. This issue affects the clock, weather, and all my personal widgets.

I have already tried changing the font size in Settings and using the Home Up module in Good Lock, but neither solution has fixed the problem properly.

After the initial One UI 9 update, I also received another update of approximately 500 MB. I hoped this update would resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the problem remains.

This appears to be a software bug affecting widgets following the One UI 9 update, rather than a simple font size setting issue. Please investigate this problem and release a fix as soon as possible.

I am a long time Samsung user and have always appreciated Samsung's software experience and customization options. However, this issue has negatively affected the usability and appearance of my home screen.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

Software: One UI 9

Issue: Unusually small widget text and excessive spacing after the software update.

Please forward this report to the relevant software development team and address this issue in an upcoming update.

Thank you for your attention and support. I look forward to a proper resolution.

Best regards,
A loyal Samsung user
