Critical Issue – Extremely High RAM Usage Without Apps

I am facing a serious issue on my Samsung Galaxy M35. Even when no apps are actively running, the RAM usage remains abnormally high. This is completely unacceptable for a new device.

Due to this issue:

-->The phone becomes slow and unresponsive

-->Background apps are killed instantly

-->Performance is poor even for basic usage

-->Device heating increases unnecessarily

This clearly shows poor RAM optimization in One UI. A smartphone should not consume excessive RAM without any active apps.

I expect Samsung to:

Fix this issue immediately through a software update

-->Improve RAM management and system optimization

-->Ensure stable and smooth performance

-->If this problem is not resolved, it will severely affect user experience and trust in Samsung devices.

Take this issue seriously and provide a permanent fix as soon as possible.
