Firstly, make a genuine effort to optimize every UI element so that it works buttery smooth and make the animations more detailed. Currently, there are many frame drops in the UI, including the original control notification panel lag. Can we not expect this much? If not, as a die-hard Samsung fan using all Samsung products, my next purchase will definitely not be Samsung because you do not care about year-old products. The only thing that matters to you is the publicity and hype for the latest released or upcoming devices to boost your sales. It is enough; please stop.
Secondly, the battery is poor; how do I only get 3 to 3.5 hours of screen-on time on maximum battery settings on my base S24 Exynos? Neither battery nor performance is perfect; how can we call this a flagship?
Basically, I received this phone from my parents 10 months ago after many requests. I thought I was getting a flagship experience that would be buttery smooth. Although I was aware the battery would be poor as it is only 3,880mAh, I still had high expectations for UI smoothness and performance, both of which have been disappointing. Call of Duty Mobile has frame drops and lags even when using a Peltier cooler on low graphics at 120fps. I guess it is the Exynos chip.
To summarize, I request that you fix the glitchy code in your software and make the UI super smooth with better animations on your S-series phones, including the S23 and S24 series, and improve battery life and heating issues. The iPhone 15 Pro, with a much smaller battery, lasts significantly longer than my S24.
Also, please add smart notification and horizon lock to the S24 series; these are software features that the S24 series is well capable of handling.
I hope you devs will read this and take it as a suggestion and will fix the things in upcoming beta(I HOPEE)
