Dear Samsung Executive Team,
I am writing to share key feedback regarding the default Samsung Phone (Dialer) app on One UI.
Currently, the Recents tab only groups call logs if calls are consecutive. If calls from other numbers occur in between, separate entries are created for the same contact. This makes the call log extremely cluttered and difficult to navigate.
Competitor brands like Vivo (Funtouch OS) and Oppo (ColorOS) already provide a "Group by Contact" feature, which neatly combines all call history for a single contact into one collapsible entry, regardless of when the calls were made.
Adding a similar toggle/setting in One UI would greatly improve the calling experience for millions of Samsung Galaxy users.
I hope the software development team considers this feature in upcoming One UI updates.
