I would like to suggest introducing dedicated App Lock and App Hide features in One UI 9.
Currently, Samsung offers Secure Folder, but it serves a different purpose. Users who simply want to lock or hide specific apps shouldn't have to use Secure Folder.
A dedicated App Lock feature would allow users to protect individual apps using a PIN, password, fingerprint, or biometric authentication. Similarly, App Hide would let users hide selected apps directly from the home screen and app drawer.
These features would improve privacy, security, and convenience without requiring users to create a separate Secure Folder.
I request the Samsung development team to consider introducing these features in a future One UI update to enhance the overall user experience.
