Dear Samsung Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the removal of the Quick Commands feature from Bixby in version 3.6.50.12. This change has significantly reduced the usefulness of Bixby, as it no longer allows users to automate tasks efficiently. Without Quick Commands, what real benefit does Bixby provide? What kind of events can occur automatically without a user manually triggering a voice command? The presence of this feature made Routines much more practical and valuable. Personally, I relied on Quick Commands to simplify my daily tasks. For example, I just wanted to ask my phone to open Facebook Messenger and start a video call with my daughter—but now, I am unable to do so. Removing this feature is a major step backward, and I strongly urge you to release an update to bring it back. Bixby was a powerful tool with Quick Commands, and its removal makes it far less useful. I appreciate your time and hope to see this issue addressed soon.
