After i updated my android to android 11 one ui 3.1 the media volume is low.
Any help?

Is the sound low in all apps or in a particular app?
Did you install new apps after the update?

I recommend that you first test the device in safe mode, This mode will temporarily disable the external apps and you will be able to check the volume of the media. in order to enter this mode, follow these instructions:
1. Turn off the device completely.
2. The device must be turned on by holding down the volume key, and the power on and off key together, when any image on the screen comes up, release the power key and continue to hold the volume key down.
3. When the device is turned on, you can release the volume key, and it will appear at the bottom of the screen that the device is in safe mode.If this does not happen again, it is probably an app installed on the device which causes the device to malfunction.

Please make sure that the volume is high and that the cover or screen protector does not block the speakers of the device, if this continues I recommend going to the lab to test the device.
