Hi , I am here because of same misunderstanding , why i can't rotate my phone 180° (charger cable up side) ? This is so simple but it doesn't work , what if I wont to use my phone and charge it when its stands and not lais on back ... sometimes I use my phone as an another screen with marametrs but I need to charge it first or rattle it horizontaly and I didn't wont it. So if it so problematic, make it as developers tool ,that I can able it and whose who doesn't use it they will not able it .
Why so hard to think on the small things .
Samsung ,a belive you can .

If the software is up to date, you can reboot the device in the following way:
Long press for about 10 seconds on 2 buttons on the device at the same time: the power button and the lower volume button until the device turns off and on by itself.

במידה והתוכנה מעודכנת תוכל לבצע אתחול למכשיר בדרך הבאה:
לחיצה ארוכה במשך כ-10 שניות על 2 כפתורים במכשיר בו זמנית: כפתור הכיבוי וכפתור הווליום התחתון עד שהמכשיר יכבה וידליק את עצמו.

Blame Google. They don't allow 180 degree rotation in Android (or didn't use to). Some companies may add it as it's a very simple change to the source code. I use to have it as a mod in my roms as well. But in stock rom it just didn't work.
Also apps are in charge how much you can rotate the screen. There is a simple Android call (setRequestedOrientation) to allow/disallow all kinds of rotations. So also the app in front may disable your rotation at will. Especially if it doesn't have a landscape layout built into the app.

Its terrifieing me ,how they hands may be round , and there heads squared.
Its not just google its also samsung with ther oneui.
If this feature makes trouble, do it in development mode, on and off. I think they try to tell us, tell us tnx that we giving you our "perfect" product. There Hardware is good(screens ,even chips are fine (exinos) but this small **bleep***t (rotation) is making me seek of ther oneui .
I belive they hear us and do some homework (with today's AI tools that must make all changes and fixes in the blink of an eye.

My guess is they decided it's easy to pick up the tablet the wrong way so they rotate it to all sides. But that's just a hunch. Mobiles don't rotate 180 degrees. There is a 3'rd party app that forces it I think:
