My Samsung dryer keeps disappearing off of SmartThings. Every time I try to add it it tells me it's already added but it is not added to anyone else's smart things just to mind. I have to keep doing a factory reset. Why does this keep happening? Thank you

Hi,
Go to Smart things > Devices > Go to another room in the app to check if the dryer is there.

When you log in to your Samsung account on the regular website or the Smart things website, does the dryer appear?

I'm still having this problem. When I scan the QR code, it tells me it is registered on a different samsung account, but it is def not on another account, and it's not on mine (checked with the 2 links above) so i am unsure what is going on with this. VERY annoying... please help?

Does this dryer support 5GHZ wifi? Maybe that's why?
