Hi all,

Would like to ask,

I have a probelm with fingerprint, when tried to register, the system always popup fail message that suggested to remove the screen protector.

I think this issue is related with my screen protector.

You guys have any recommeded screen protector for my galaxy A50

Have you updated the software for Samsung A50? in the update there are improvements to what you are currently experiencing.

for screen protector, you can try hydrogel screen protector.
please update to latest firmware.
