Also can application usage under battery can it be reset?

Apps in the Secure Folder appear in Battery Usage because Android tracks battery usage at the Operating System level, regardless of if the app is in the Secure Folder or not.
Theoretically, once you have fully charged your device, the battery stats should be reset.. theoretically.
