A new Google Play security update just dropped on my z fold 8, but it is not for Oct, still Sept! Must be some background fixes! Did your device get one today? Let us know!
Thank you for sharing this timely update regarding the Google Play system patch received on your Galaxy Z Fold 8! Your post is incredibly helpful for keeping other community members informed.
It is very common for Google to release background patches that keep the previous month's timestamp while delivering critical stability fixes. The main advantage of these updates is that they quickly fortify your device against security vulnerabilities and keep the system running smoothly.
We encourage all users to regularly check for these updates by going to Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Google Play system update.
