Z Fold 8 bufferbloat

No matter what settings change on the device itself I have buffer bloat one under load reaching up to 300. It is the only device in the house that does that. I have my Asus Merlin router set to cake qos which keeps every other device in the house under 30ms (usually 17-25 under load for every other device in the house).
I've tried Network resets network setting resets Etc. I even have the device set to standard instead of light.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is the Z Fold 8 throttled that much to keep it cool where it causes buffer bloat?
I miss the days where you could install your own kernel.

Hello Dave778,
We are truly sorry to hear about the persistent bufferbloat issues you are encountering on your Galaxy Z Fold 8. We completely understand your frustration, especially when this is the only device in your household experiencing latency spikes on an otherwise meticulously optimized network.
While thermal management protocols optimize efficiency, they should not cause severe packet queuing. To help align your device with your router's QoS settings, please try disabling Wi-Fi power saving:
Disable Wi-Fi Power Saving
1. Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi and tap Intelligent Wi-Fi.
2. Tap the Intelligent Wi-Fi version text repeatedly until Wi-Fi Developer Options unlocks.
3. Open Wi-Fi Developer Options, locate Wi-Fi power saving mode, and toggle it Off.
We have documented your detailed observations regarding this network behavior and shared them directly with our development team for review.

Hi thank you for the reply! Unfortunately there is no such feature. It appears that it is a depreciated feature that you are referring to.
Let me know if there are any other settings I can change, although Im positive this is not a settings issue.
My Linux PC my pixel 7 Pro my television my media boxes iPads Galaxy Tabs all work flawlessly
