I like to do updates manually. This requires me to visit the Galaxy and Google store apps. I don't use them to browse.
Anyway, it's really annoying to visit the Galaxy Store because Samsung throws up a pop-up... EVERY... SINGLE... TIME.
I love the choices, too. "Close." "Do Not Show Again Today." Both choices do the same and do not prevent nor permit the pop-up to occur. But the next day, sure enough, no matter what, i have to see this useless pop-up.

WILL YOU PLEASE STOP.
PLEASE.
PLEASE.
PLEASE STOP THIS GARBAGE?

You won't. You'll continie. Can't give us a messaging app, but you have no problem jamming useless app ads onto us.

On behalf of all Samsung users, thank you for your continued ignorance at giving people what they want.

You won't see these complaints in markets that allow a consumer choice. When people threaten to switch to a Pixel, it's clear (not to them) that they have no choice.

Smarten' up. Start listenin'. Fix it.

That includes FM Radio. Criminals.

There have been complaints about this in the past. I think I started a thread on the same topic. Yes, it's annoying (and shameful) that Samsung pops up ads on their store app. This is typical of Samsung's treatment of their users.

      Hello m1ndl3ry,

We acknowledge your strong dissatisfaction with the repetitive pop-up banners encountered when checking for manual updates, as well as your broader concerns regarding ecosystem features and application options.

To permanently stop these promotional pop-ups and prevent them from returning, you can adjust your privacy and notification settings using the following steps:

Step 1: Revoke Ad Consent in the Galaxy Store

The daily opening pop-ups are driven by default ad network consent permissions.
      1. Open the Galaxy Store app.
      2. Tap the Menu button (three lines) and select the Settings (gear icon).
      3. Scroll down and select Privacy Settings, then tap Vendor List.
      4. You will see two tabs: IAB Vendors and Google Vendors. Turn off the "Allow All Consent" switch for both tabs.
      5. Tap Confirm My Choices at the bottom to save your preferences.

Step 2: Turn Off Promotional Notification Categories

To stop the store from pushing banners to your screen, you can disable individual notification streams through the main system settings:
      1. Open your phone's main Settings app and select Notifications.
      2. Tap Advanced settings, scroll to the bottom, and ensure "Manage notification categories for each app" is toggled On.
      3. Go back to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Store.
      4. Tap Notifications > Notification categories.
      5. Manually turn off the switches for Coupons and events and Promotions. (Keep "Important Updates" enabled so you can continue to process manual app updates safely).

kindly follow the above steps and let us know the output.

      Doesn't work.

Plus there isn't a coupon and event and promotions option.
