Hi Samsung Team,

I really enjoy using your system, but I have a suggestion for Bixby.

Currently, the wake-up phrase "Hey Bixby" can be difficult to pronounce, and if it isn't spoken perfectly, the assistant doesn't respond. It would make the user experience much better if we could customize the wake-up phrase to a name of our choice—similar to how other features allow custom commands.

Allowing us to rename or set a custom wake-up name would make Bixby far more accessible and easier to use for everyone.

You actually can customize your own wake up phrase to a name you want. Just go to settings, then go to voice wake up and then you'll see create wake up phrase
