My Galaxy Watch 8 Classic keeps freezing and the touchscreen stops responding. I have to force restart it every time I put it on, and it’s getting frustrating. I already took it to the Samsung service center, but they couldn't find anything wrong. It started happening again the very next day.

Have you tried resetting and setup from scratch instead of restoring from profile?
Is this a new watch or did it happen randomly or after an update?

Samsung can diagnose your device remotely, hopefully they can find the fault.
