Hello Community Members,

I’ve been using my Secure Folder smoothly until the most recent update, but I’m now unable to access it and would appreciate some help resolving this issue.

Normally, I hide the Secure Folder from the app screen after using it. To access it again, I go to Settings → Security & Privacy → More Security Settings → Secure Folder, and then enter my PIN. However, after the update, this method no longer works.

If anyone has any suggestions or possible fixes, I’d be grateful for your help.

Thanks in advance!

I can still access Secure Folder after the update to One UI 8 for my Galaxy S24 Ultra.

What's your device and its One UI version? When accessing the Secure Folder, do you see any prompt/message?

      Hi @GLADAM,

That pathway should still continue to work, but alternate method to access a hidden Secure Folder is to swipe down from the top of display to expand Quick Panel, then tap the "Secure Folder" icon.

      Warm regards,
