Hi I've forgotten my pin lock on my note 20 I've tried everything to get into my phone as it has valuable memories in it of the times I've spent with my children plus many other important documents. I'm very desperate for these memories because I've been diagnosed with cancer
I'm also having problems getting into my google account so I can't retrieve anything from there
I can't even access my samsung as I'm suffering memory fog like many cancer patients suffer I've tried calling samsung but keep getting a rude response simple saying there's nothing we can do is that all because I have other people wanting assistance. It's causing me added stress I really don't need

If you have wearable devices connected you can see if you have smart lock activated .
Another chance could be to log into Samsung sites and go into find your mobile and from there see if offer the option to unlock your screen .
You can try use this link to log into your Samsung cloud account
And go from there for retrieve pics and docs
