Hi @jpott2022, that's odd. I suggest resetting your network
Reset network settings
[Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS]
I also recommend clearing data from the Bluetooth app in your phone's settings.
To do this:
Settings > Apps > click on the symbol next to the Your apps heading > toggle on Show system apps and click Okay > scroll down and click on Bluetooth > Storage > click to Clear cache and Clear data.

Hi @Viktorija, thanks for letting us know. Is this occurring between your device and the connection to your car?
Another suggestion I have would be to update the Bluetooth software on your car. The steps for this may vary depending on your car manufacturer so I suggest looking on your manufacturers website for more information on how to update your car software.
If this doesn't help, please send through an error report.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right

Yes it is when in the car but also sometimes on the bluetooth speaker.
Updating software on the car might be a bit tricky, but will suss it out.
