The way to remove seems to differ depending on phone model.
First, a link to one way https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S21/Remove-accessibility-button/td-p/2107836
Second, the option in the above wasn't on my menu. Search for "Accessibility button", I was presented with a list of features which I could use e,g, magnifier window. If any in that list has a tick in the icon, untick. In my case the accessibility button disappeared. Also in my case the accessibility button wasn't a pop-up but a button on the bottom of the screen but hopefully this answer will lead you to a solution.
Google "samsung phone remove pop-up accessibility button" for more options.

I have avoided using Samsung internet, mainly because it didn't give me multiple tabs although I think this might have been fixed. I use Chrome but note some might be concerned by a possible increase in security risk. Samsung internet appeared occasionally even after changing the default, but after reading your reply I went into settings and found an option to totally disable it. Firefox is also a reasonable option, or you could Google "best samsung browser". Don't disable until you have set up a new one.

How did you disable the button? I can't see anything in settings that allows me to remove it?

Hi @therealscottyboy, could you clarify which device you are referring to what this pop-up says or does?

Hi @PamelaGLeeson, are you able to try:

Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Accessibility button > None

If not, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

      To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

The question is, do you see the button anywhere else other than Samsung internet? If no, my solution is to use another browsed. If yes,, it is in your accessibility options, which have different settings for different phones/devices as described. If just in Samsung internet read the following solution https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Android-12/Accessability-floating-button/m-p/2101612

If it is showing elsewhere then the most like option is in Accessability options. As mentioned above pull down from the top of your screen, find the symbol that looks like a gear wheel, click on that and search for 'Accessability options'. This is where it gets difficult. Different devices show different options. Look at my first answer directing you to variou solutions.

Thanks for the detailed reply...i have also read the link, but unfortunately my accessibility menu in the phone settings doesn't show an option for disabling any accessibility button! Also as you mentioned, the samsung browser(which I much prefer) also shows nothing in its setting related to an accessibility button either.
      It's so frustrating!
