I recently purchased the Buds 4 Pro. Its been a month and now the case is not charging. However, if I plug it in, and place the buds in the case, the buds do charge but the case itself doesn't.

Has anyone else faced any similar issue?

    Try this:
Clean: Wipe charging pins with alcohol and a swab.

Reset: Use the Galaxy Wearables App settings.

Jumpstart: Charge in the case overnight.

Swap: Try a different cable or lower-power charger.

The case itself isn't charging. The buds are charging through the case. I think the issue is the battery of the case. Thank you for feedback though

Clean the charging port and the metal contacts inside the case, as dust or debris can block proper charging. Next, try using a different USB-C cable and adapter to rule out any charger-related problem. Then, plug the case in and leave it charging for at least 30–60 minutes, even if there is no immediate sign of charging, since a deeply drained battery may take time to respond. After that, reset the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing the lid for a few seconds, and reconnecting them. If the case still only works when plugged in and does not hold any charge, the issue is most likely a faulty case battery, and the best solution is to claim the warranty or replace the case .

Thank you for sharing your concern regarding your Galaxy Buds.

Based on your description, where the earbuds charge only when the case is plugged in but the case itself does not hold charge, this may indicate an issue with the charging case battery or charging circuit.

Before proceeding, kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Ensure the charging port of the case is clean and free from dust or debris
    2. Use an original Samsung USB-C cable and adapter, and try a different charger to rule out accessory issues
    3. Charge the case for at least 30–60 minutes continuously, even if there is no immediate indication
    4. Check the LED indicator on the case for any response while charging
    5. Reset the earbuds via the Galaxy Wearable app and reconnect them
    6. If the issue persists and the case still does not retain charge unless connected to power, this likely indicates a hardware issue with the charging case.
