It’s possible that the Buds 2 Pro might be causing some irritation or an allergic reaction due to prolonged contact with the skin or certain materials in the earbuds. Earbuds can sometimes trap moisture or bacteria, especially if used for long periods. If you haven’t already, I would strongly recommend stopping the use of the earbuds and consulting with your dermatologist or an ENT again, possibly to check for any specific allergy or sensitivity. In the meantime, keeping the area clean, dry, and avoiding further irritation could help. You could also try using hypoallergenic earbud covers or over-ear headphones to see if that works better for you.
