Samsung Wallet not available on S25 Ultra - not in Galaxy Store

Hello, I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra running Android 17 (official update) in . Problem: Samsung Wallet is not installed and does not appear in Galaxy Store or Google Play. When I open its page from my Samsung account services list, Galaxy Store shows: "This content isn't available in the Galaxy Store - An APK of Samsung Wallet opened on my phone, but I removed it and the app is gone completely - Many users report the same issue on S23/S24 Ultra Questions: 1. Is this because of the device's sales region/variant?, Can Samsung support confirm whether my device is eligible for? Thank you.

It's frustrating to pay this much for a flagship phone and not be able to use an important service like Samsung Wallet. What makes it more confusing is that the APK installs and runs normally on my device, so the hardware seems capable. I hope Samsung can look into this and fix it

If it was there, make a backup of your phone with smart switch and reset it.

If it's wasn't there, you've brought international version.
