If your Dual Clock settings are already configured correctly, the Lock Screen World Clock widget has its own location setting. You can change it directly from the Lock Screen:
Touch and hold the Lock Screen.
Tap the World Clock widget.
Tap the displayed city/time zone again (for example, London).
Select the required city/time zone and save the changes.
This setting is separate from the Dual Clock configuration.
