Hello

I have bought samsung SCG01 used phone from dubai market. And using in dubai

I want to know why software updates are not coming. Last update which i have received was of May security update. After that no update came.

Kindly make sure that the device software region is related to the purchasing country, as software updates highly depends on the region, however, to know the latest updates, please download the Samsung member app, press the bell icon, and then the notices option.

A list of updates and their release dates will appear, if the device name is not listed, then unfortunately, there is no new update for the device.
