Security updates are released gradually and availability can vary by model, region, and carrier. Samsung has also confirmed that software-update schedules may occasionally be delayed due to OS upgrades or regional rollout requirements.
Please check Settings > Software update > Download and install periodically, and keep the Samsung Members app updated for the latest rollout information. There is currently no confirmed date for every S25 Ultra region.
