Even if its unlocked it has specific country csc code you can verify under settings>about phone>software information >service provider software information here you'll see your country simcard specific network code for example mine is BMC/BMC/BMC/BMC means bell mobile canada network

I think it will come in July with august patch now. why this stepson relation with s24 ultra users Samsung? Middle East region is one of the biggest markets for Samsung.

Security updates are provided to strengthen the security of your device and protect your personal information. For security updates for your model, visit security.samsungmobile.com.
Go to Settings > tap Security and privacy
Navigate to and tap Updates, then tap Security update
You can view the version of your device's software and check for updates.
You can also Check for software updates
Go to Settings > tap Software update.
Tap Download and install.
If new software is available, you can choose Install now, Schedule install or Later.
And once there is a new update available for your device you will recieve a notification on the Samsung Members app.
