Hello,
I just got update of One UI 9 for my S23. Since I was already on Beta , I got smaller update size. It followed with Google Play System update.
I haven't noticed any major things apart from already reported.
Check if you you have got this update and did you find anything interesting or any bugs , issues you have faced.
