Led notification indicator no longer working

Yeah I tried the code and clicked led it displayed colors , red , green and blue on my screen with a white background but the light didn't shine alongside the colors displaying. Could it be an hardware issue cause all of the settings are right.

1. Ensure the feature is enabled from: Settings > Notifications > LED Indicator
2. Restart your device after confirming the settings
3. Test the LED using the code #0# and select LED
4. If the LED works during the test but not for notifications, please try:
   
   1. Clear data for Settings app from: Settings > Apps > Settings > Storage > Clear Data
   2. Check notification settings for individual apps to ensure notifications are enabled
   3. If the LED does not work even during the test, this may indicate a hardware issue.
