Download Windscribe VPN from play store. Set the location to Dallas. Clear data of samsung galaxy apps. Remove your simcard. Restart your phone. When phone boots up check whether VPN is active. If not activate it again and go to galaxy apps and download goodlock. Sideloading from apkmirror will not work as goodlock will connect to server for initial run.
