Any idea how to sync email in my new phone S10+ as it gave me only todays email without the old emails

I'm using samsung email and don't know why it's not retrieving the old email even when I set the sync to All Times. Very strange

If it's stock samsung email app go to settings, there on the top you can see email accounts added in the app. Select the desired email account and the settings for the email will open. Select email sync period and set it to all time.
