Dear Samsung Community Manager

It's about time that you start providing a customer centric after sales support at the same level or even better than Apple. 

Fragmented outsourced service centers will always make this company number two. 

The cost of repairing Samsung phones is much cheaper and technically easier than Apple iphones , hence there is no justification for the absence of Samsung support shops all over the UAE.

I am a die hard Samsung fan since the era of the Samsung SG models which had a stylus 22 years ago. Hope to see Samsung Shops similar to Apple Shops and offering the same range of services.
