Plz check after performing a forced restart. (Press and hold the power button and volume down button together for 10-15 seconds till phone restarts and shows the Samsung logo.)

Goto Settings > Apps > Search "Health" to see "Device Health Services" App" > Storage > Clear Cache > Manage Storage > "Clear all data".
This will Clear all the data stored for the brightness adjustment and battery statistics.
Now turn OFF adaptive brightness and then perform the forced restart again.

PS: Before restart, Please make sure your device software is upto date and also, all the apps from both stores.
