1st - it will not be One UI 6.1.1 because 6.1.1 is exlusively reserved for Z Flip and Z fold series, this will be One UI 6.1 Based on 6.1.1,cbut not One UI 6.1.1 itself. The patch will identify itself as One UI 6.1. This also means tht all and any features which can work and can be used on S24 Ultra will be migrated on S24 Ultra. Basically only what cannot work on S24 Ultra and cannto be used on S24 ultra will not be migrated.
2nd - there is arumor, but nothign confirmed, nothin official that it will be September patch. Also keep in mind that this patch was promised for May, Samsung failed in May, as we expected from samsung, they postponed for June, Again Samsung justified our expectations for failure, and failed in June, postponed for July, failed in July, posponed for august, failed in august, postponed by september, by which point Samsung proved a point that Samsung is totally incapable to lrelease any patch at all on any schedule at all, and i have reasonable expectation, that Sasung will fail again, and they will postpone for october to fail in october as well.
3rd - Samsung have this patch ready and done, Ready to release in July, and they hold the patch back for no real reason, on it and they don't release it, for no real reason, but have it ready and done, fixed and mature to be released since July.
Beta will not be anytime soon. Samsung is too incapable to do anything on any schedule and any time frame. Moderate your expactations to: Naah, is not happening any time soon, there are reasonable expectations, and prevents disapointment from Samsung's incapability to do anything on any schedule and on any time frame.

I found another RUMOR on the web, that a test versions of One UI 6.1.1 based updates have appered on S24 branch of Samsung servers.
Also i found another RUMOR that the patch may arrive someday on the 3rd week of September.
These are only RUMORS.
Can anyone confirm or deny any of these 2 RUMORS?

What i know is that One UI 7.0 will bring:
Much smoother UI and animations
More improvements to the camera
I heard it will come by the end of the year.
