Wipe One UI Home Cache
Go to Settings > Apps > search for One UI Home.Tap Storage > Clear Cache
Second solution
Open Settings > Apps. Tap the filter icon next to "Your apps" and enable Show system apps. Search for Google Play Services (and then System UI) .Tap Storage > Manage Storage > Clear All Data (this won't erase files, it just forces the Google/Samsung sync system to reset cleanly).
